Took a taxi and pulled up to large crowds outside. Happily there was a stool free at the counter so I sailed in.




My first big brunch since becoming vegan after watching Gary Yourofsky's life changing youtube.




Scrambled tofu with vegan cheese, onions and potatoes so good I wish I could hit rewind eat again and slower. 

Due to stress -- suing MD where I got punched (Google Dr Fagelman attack see Delight in action) hole in my retina than NYPD coercion so pigging out every day - file suit against NYPD Tuesday so ordered a Champs Chocolate chip muffin - loved it but tofu scramble w/ extras the best!!!!

Love Champs juniors but Champs bigger than champs junior's sliver space plus Champs has a bathroom. 


Champs more cheerful my first experience in a crowded diner filled with vegans very cheerful lots of laughter and music from my teens. I am 53.




No decaf coffee so I had one cup of coffee with vegan oat milk...delicious.

Prepping to sue NYPD and I am in lawsuit right now suing MD but I can't believe they are still LYING.....  NBA star Thabo was a victim of crazy violence like I was mine was at a doctor's office and than later the NYPD joined in....

I answer questions on customer service almost every day so see the worst in customer service punch a patient -- patients rights violated and for over 3 years now LYING....I even got a patient this past weekend letting me know Dr Fagelman's office telling "THEIR" side -- how professional is that?  Not admitting the truth and lying as a group....

I was harassed by a "patient" of  Dr Andrew Fagelman's yesterday telling me he believed what the they told him -- has Dr Andrew Fagelman ever heard that patient rights apply to all patients that visit the office he chose to share with other MD's including my MD who moved out 2 weeks after his violent liar the head bully of lying Delita Hooks made a hole in my retina.

I need to weight lift -- I am not right now -- at my age I have to worry about bones weaking and I want to have great muscle tone like Gary who is vegan.

As I deal with even more suffering from Dr Andrew Fagelman's office violence lies blaming me the victim and a patient nice to focus on veganism.

Gary you've demonstrated you have a lot of muscle I'm 53 I've aged 100 years since that little cute photo the stresses of been killing me I'm going to menopause now I don't have any hot flashes or anything but I'm afraid about losing muscle and also fragile bones so give me any tips on muscle and I'm just trying to reconcile what I have in my home what I'm going to do about it it's very emotional and it's just something the food I can stop immediately because of your video but I just can't remove every item from my home like in a flash it's very upsetting

I also have two furry friend roommates best friend loves they rescued me I cannot put them on a vegan lifestyle

Ok.  I have been wiped out -- I am going to start doing a little weight lifting and in an audio book I heard eat oatmeal as much as possible because oatmeal leaves you satiated...wont feel hungry...added Almond O Milk because no cane sugar and vegan chocolate chips from Haymaker's Vegan supermarket.

I am able to not miss not vegan eating so this is a big victory and I will not by anymore leather, etc.   Thanks Gary!!!!!!

Oct 1 3 years after I was assaulted that morning found Gary Yourosky Video

Thursday Oct 1, 2015 3 years after I was attacked at Dr. Andrew Fagelman's my patient rights first repeatedly violated first from behind the desk and than my attacker continued all the way down the hall making a hole in my retina hurting my neck etc. still lying today and than I saw Gary Yourofsky video life changing video and I changed --

that day I had 2 frozen foods meals -- one a lasagna that had cheese and one egg roll that I was bummed to find eggs....I ate them, threw away everything not vegan and began that night to be vegan so Friday started my first full vegan day.



Very emotional my experience and I cried about Gary's video the animals  HORRIFIC and the violence and lies I endured and I am still dealing with the shock violence and pain....
